It is with sadness that the passing of Diane Lucas Watson of Dothan, Alabama is shared. Diane, born on December 16, 1946 in Atlanta, Georgia, passed away on September 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wiley Lott and Helen Ruth Lucas (Willard Sr.); and her brother Willard Lucas, Jr.. She is survived by: her pet Onyx; her husband Tommy Watson; her daughters, Tina E. St. John and Toye Watson (Jarrod); her grandson Drake St. John (Mary-Kathryn); her great grandchild Watson St. John; her siblings, Mike Lucas, Hulda Lucas, Jamie Brent, Patrick Lucas, Paula Raymond and Ruthie Copeland; and her close friends, Sandy Saunders, Sandra Everhart, Judy Williams, Charm Russler, Sandy Armstrong and Charlotte Williams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, as well as other family members.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home and Crematory (1700 Barrington Rd, Midland City, AL 36350). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
