He is survived by: his wife Helen Hammond (Virginia Lewis); his children, Wayne Rase (Cathy), Kenneth Rase (Phyllis) and Karla Smiley (Steve); his grandchildren, Timothy Rase (Shannon), Anthony Rase, Misty Scott (Michelle), Brandon Ham and Jerrod Ham (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Corrie Wright (Josh), Lauren Rase (Avery), Cooper Rase and Zane Ham; his great great grandchild Alleigh Wright; his siblings-in-law, Joseph Lewis (Dee), Harrell Lewis (Pat), Dawn Ringer and Diane Joyner (Ron); his nephews, Jimmy Rondoni and Robbie Rondoni; and his close friends, Kim Bowen and Christine McWilliams. He is also survived by friends and family.
