He was predeceased by: his father Donald M. Lewis. He is survived by: his son Donald Lewis (Andrea) of Dothan, AL; his siblings, David M. Lewis of Bonifay, FL and Dawn Z. Herrin of Shorterville, AL; his stepson Ronnie Sloan (Allison) of Panama City, FL; his nephews, JD Herrin and Ray Herrin; and his niece Debra Herrin.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Dyon's honor to Brown Funeral Home, to help offset funeral expense.
