She is survived by: her brother Edgar Dawsey Hemby of Panama City, FL; her son John Lewis Mullins, III of Vestavia Hills, AL; her grandchildren, Lydia Mullins of Springville, AL, Andrew Mullins (Tori) of Murfreesboro, TN and Clayton Mullins of Vestavia Hills, AL; her great grandchildren, Elijah of Murfreesboro, TN, Sampson of Murfreesboro, TN and Jonah Mullins of Murfreesboro, TN; and her caregivers, Melba Chandler and Donna Stolte.
