Culver of Dothan, AL, Dr. W. Charles Lewis (Jeri) of Dothan, AL, James Lewis of Webb, AL, Lucile Durry of Ashford, AL and Dorothy Reeves of Ashford, AL.. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
