He was predeceased by: his father Nathaniel Lynn; and his sisters, Louise Sinclair, Burnesteen Austin, Carolyn Mitchell and Debra Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Joanna Brooks (Dennis) of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Takiyah Paige of Bethlehem and Rahim Paige of Newark; his great grandchildren, Tatyana, Idaysha and Zahra; and his siblings, Eloise Baxter of Dothan, Annie Frances Smith of Newark, Linda Johnson of Linden and Napoleon Lynn of Dothan, Alabama. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
