He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Loyacano and Ella Loyacano; his wife Addie Loyacano; his sister Loretta Schwartz; and his granddaughter Amber McCord.

He is survived by: his children, Tina McCord (James) of Dothan, AL and Freddie Loyacano, Jr. of Metairie, LA; his grandsons, Barry Curtis, James Curtis, Shawn Curtis (Faith) and Stephen McCord; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Keller, Annalei, Archer, Gavin and Caylee.

Fred also gave to the Shriner's and the Jerry Lewis Foundation.
