He was predeceased by: his father Robert J. Hoover; and his nephew Ryan Abbott. He is survived by: his wife Susan Hoover (Jones); his children, Robert Hill (Tracy) and Allisen Giordano (Scott Brown); his grandchildren, Beck, Catherine, Taylor and Brady; and his siblings, Chuck Hoover (Karen), Tuji Arnold and Nancy Abbott. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and extended family.
