He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ballard and Uadia Ballard; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Marjory; his children, Steven (Diedre), Kelli McAllister (Stacey) and Duane; his siblings, Joan Keller (Al), Barbara James (Richard), David (Joyce), Kathy Barrow, Terri Burlingame, Nancy Bledsoe (Bill) and Paul (Sherry); and his sister-in-law Pat. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations to be made to the Whitney Point Sportsmen's Club Scholarship Fund P.O. Box 634, Whitney Point, NY 13862.
