He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Worley and Juanita Worley. He is survived by: his wife Donna Worley; his children, Courtney Carlisle (Nick) and Barrett Worley (Abby); his grandchild Poppy; and his siblings, Harold (Louise) and Flay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
