We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2023, at the age of 72, Gordon Elliott Thomas of Dothan, Alabama, born in Moody, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raimon G. Thomas and Helen Lee Thomas; his brother Ronald Lee "Ron" Thomas; his parents-in-law, Louie Samford "Sam" Peel and Mary "Evelyn" Peel; and his brother-in-law Arnett Peel.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Peel; his sons, Evan (Lee Bryan), Elliott (Ryan Hemby), Garrett (Jordan) and Gavin (Anna); his grandchildren, Savannah, Mikalyn, EmoryKate Thomas, Tripp, Aaron and Jaylynn King; his siblings, Starla Hardy (Tim) and Pat Thomas (Cindy) of Dothan; his sister-in-law Gayle Gamble Thomas of Abbeville; his aunts and uncles, Sherwood Thomas (Betty), Dr. John Thomas (Mary), Joan Thomas, Beth Lee and Doratha Howell; and his sister-in-law Lori Peel Peterson (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
