He is survived by: his mother Marie Shunnarah Salem; his wife Sherrie Liechty Salem; his children, Harrison Holmes (Audrey), Gracie Holmes and Phillip Salem; his siblings, Richie Salem (Melissa), Robert Salem (Desi), Deborah Hanania (Jack) and Gina Farmand (Musa); his siblings-in-law, Todd Liechty (Tonya), Heidi Maynard and Sarah Wileman (James); and his godchildren, Mark Hanania and Alexandra Quintana (Nick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many dear friends, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
