He is survived by: his children, Melissa A. Jenkins Griffin (Taibeous), Nakeeba D. Jackson, Clifton and Jackson (Glory); his niece Nichole Wymes; and his brothers, Willie Carl, DJ, Gene (Sarah), Charlie, Foots and Jackie. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
