She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Kelly and Mildred Lewis Kelly; her son Ned Bagwell; and her brothers, Mickey Kelly, Jerry Kelly and Bill Kelly.
She is survived by : her children, Cynthia White (Gary), Curtis Bagwell, Donald and Ronald Powell; her sisters, Glenda Kelly and Judy Milner (Malcom); and her grandchildren, Stephen Fischer, Jade and Logan Bagwell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
