It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Duane Real of Dothan, Alabama, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Cunningham and James Henry Real; his sister Jimmie Nell Real Powell; his former wife Frances Sensabaugh; his wife Linda Berry; and his daughter Kathleen Real Carter.

He is survived by: his children, Frances Real Howard (Buddy), Greer Real Tirrill (John) and Douglas D. Real (Sonja); and his grandchildren, George B. Howard IV (Jack), Mary Holmes Tirrill, John Brown Tirrill III and James Carter.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
