He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Dailey, Sr. of Columbus and Georgia; and the mother of his children Dianne Anderson Dailey. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Dailey of Midland City; his sons, Todd Dailey of Dothan and Jason Dailey (Teal) of Birmingham; his grandchildren, Ty Dailey (Laney), Kayte Dailey, Isaac Dailey and Eli Dailey; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Efurd of Dothan and Carol Smith of Dothan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
