It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James H. Geyer (Dothan, Alabama), born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on April 27, 2020, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Vonnie Kay Stark. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Geyer; and his daughters, Pamela Godwin (John) and Vickie Mae Bourgeois (David). He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren; his 8 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

In consideration of community health and public safety due to the COVID 19 Virus, funeral services for family and close friends will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, April 30, 2020 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bo Grice officiating.
