He was predeceased by: his parents, James Olan Lanier, Jr. and Mary Frances Bell Lanier. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Lanier; his children, Corey Lanier (Haley), Kim Wells (Kyle) and Brandi Quattlebaum (Jamie); his grandchildren, Taylor Adkinson (Colby), Emily Starling (Wiley Bland), Brandon Quattlebaum, Ellie Lanier and Marleigh Lanier; his great grandchild Houston Adkinson; and his sisters, Judy Williams and Patsy Turner (Terry). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
