He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas James and Viola Martin McCloud; his siblings, Jeanette McCloud, William Henry McCloud and Willie Paul McCloud; and his daughter Brenda A. Moore.
He is survived by: his close friend Mary Watkins McCloud; his children, Ernest T. McCloud Theodore (Brandi), James Rodney McCloud (Christine), Kenneth Maurice Owens (Paige), Richard Kendall Owens (Brandy) and Katia L. McKiver of Wescosville, PA.; his nieces, Sharon and Tammy McCloud; his nephew JuWan McCloud; and his cousin Robert McCloud Jr. (Bob). He is also survived by six granddaughters, one grandson and four great grandchildren.
