He is survived by: his wife Ann Spradley; his children, James Philip Spradley (Katie), Jill Spradley (Justin) and Ally Smith (Chris); his grandchildren, Jaxon Smith, Caroline Smith, James Avi Spradley and Evie Lord; and his siblings, Tim Spradley, Chris Spradley and Cathy Sorrell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
