He was predeceased by: his son Jerry Lee Tice; his parents, James Tice and Blondell Tice; and his brother Willie Gene Tice. He is survived by: his wife June Tice; his children, Charles Mishow, Angela Tice and Katie Smith; and his sister Diane Tice. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
