He is survived by: his mother Alice Culver; his children, Gillet Davis, Jasmine Davis, Jerel Jerome Davis and Shaquille Carter; his siblings, Marvin D. Culver (Jennifer), Derrick Culver (Wanda), Victor Culver, Melvin Culver, Malcom Culver, Alesie Petty (Gilbert) and Andrea Williams (Tyler); his brother-in-law Terrence Oliver; his aunts and uncles, Debra Bonds, Louise Dean, Cynthia Helms, Caldonia Moore (David), Felecia Russell, Catherine Bonds, Corine Salter, Christine Salter, Gwen Underwood, Wayne Reaves (Jeraldean), Dr. Charles Bonds (Theresa), Reverend Willie Bonds (Betty) and Scottie Dean, Sr.; and his friends, Teresa Shiver and Larry Garlington. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
