He is survived by: his wife Janis Killebrew; his children, Jerry Killebrew, II (Elise), Justin Killebrew, Jeremy Killebrew (Jesse) and Hannah Killebrew; and his siblings, JD Killebrew, Nina Wilson and Dwan Barnes.
