She is survived by: her husband Michael Bolick of Dothan; her stepchildren, Joshua Bolick of North Carolina, Madison Cestaro of North Carolina, Emily Bolick of North Carolina and Megan Akins of Gardendale; her grandmother Cherie Von Haack of Baltimore; her sister Rachel Ostrum; her half-brother Brandon Springer; and her niece Brexley Lynne Ostrum. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
