He was predeceased by: his father John Max Hardzog, Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Frances Hardzog Barnes of Dothan; and his nephews, Phillip C. Barnes, III of Leesburg, GA and Erick Olin Barnes of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by two great-nephews and one great-niece.
