It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Wheeler of Dothan, Alabama, born in Sylacauga, Alabama, who passed away on September 6, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Wheeler of Sylacauga and Hildegard Ulbrich Wheeler of Sylacauga; his siblings, Billy Walker, George Martin and Susie Dobbs; his siblings-in-law, Mary Walker, Nancy Hubbard, Jimmy Harrell and Terry Harrell; and his parents-in-law, Doris and Richard Harrell.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Wheeler of Dothan; his children, Michelle Godwin (Kevin) of Dothan, Tim Wheeler (Shellie) of Dothan, Jeff Wheeler of Dothan and Adam Wheeler of Dothan; his grandchildren, Eli Wheeler, Will Wheeler, Sophie Wheeler, Jax Wheeler and Sadie Wheeler; and his close friend Jim Head.
