He is survived by: his wife Heather Atwell; his children, Cameron Norris, Anthony Atwell (Kaitlyn), Taylor Atwell and Justin Atwell; his parents, Rebecca Ann Huggins and Bobby Milner; and his siblings, Mark Straulin (Ellen), Robbie Milner and Karen Lammon (Eric).
