He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Hoover Hunt and Fay Louise McKinney Hunt. He is survived by : his wife Mary Hunt; his brother Michael Hunt (Audry); and his stepmother Mary Hunt.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Memory Hill Cemetery (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305).
