He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Williams and Tolina Rance; his siblings, Oliver Millbrook, Willie B. Thomas (Arnesta), Clarence Williams (Earnestine), Johnny Stokes, Carl Williams, Annie Florence Graham, Betty Jo Thomas and Carrie Bell Anglin (Samuel); his father-in-law Paul Terry Neal, Sr.; and his brother-in-law Larry Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Clorinda Neal Williams; his children, Jovar Reon Williams, Dorian Neal, Joseph Rance Williams, Jr., Ieisha Williams, Nicole Winns and Jariah Williams; his siblings, Janie Smith and Barney Stokes (Sue); his mother-in-law Jenell Neal; and his friends, Jimmy Reeves, Trane Herring, Dan Reynolds and Donny Reeves. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren and multiple nieces, nephews, cousins.
