She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Sr. Atkins and Emily Atkins; and her brother Gary Atkins. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Patrick (Janet), Hannah, Emory and Zachary; her children, Leighann Perry Adam (Nicole), Reagan, Raylin and Ashley (Jenn); her siblings, Janice Fitchpatrick and Bernie Atkins (Kate); and her friends, Liz Coleman, Carol Smith and Cathy Yeomans. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
