She was predeceased by: her mother Eva Jewel Hawkins; her husband Hubert Dean Baxter; her sisters, Annie Jewel Harrell and Brenda Wade; and her son Hubert Earl Baxter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Baxter (Benny), Michelle Baxter, Pam Reid (Eddie) and Lisa Reed (Jeff); and her friends, Ruby Malone and Emma Thompson. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews.
