She was predeceased by: her parents, James McCardel and Elmeady Watson McCardel; and her husband Daniel Thompson. She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Thompson (Teresa) and Warren Thompson (Donna); her granddaughters, Kimberly Szilvasy (Chase) and Laura Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Augie Szilvasy and Hamilton Szilvasy.
