She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis Dewayne Stephens. She is survived by: her sons, Curtis W. Stephens (Colleen) and Ishmael R. Stephens (Melody); her grandchildren, Haley Justice (Seth), Owen Stephens, Bradley Stephens (Karlie), Lauren Reber (Nathan), Abigail Stephens, Ella Stephens and Sadie Stephens; and her great grandchild Reece Justice. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
