She was predeceased by: her father Ira V. Smith Jr.. She is survived by: her husband David W. Hurst; her stepchildren, Dustin Hurst, Jonathan Hurst (Hope) and Valerie Moser; her grandchildren, Justin, Ryker, Corvin, Samuel, David and Cameron; and her brothers, Bobby Smith (Peggy), Al Smith (Nancy) and Randy Smith (Evon).
