She is survived by: her siblings, Paula Brooks (Gerald) of Havana, FL and Terry Carpenter; her nephews, Bruce Carpenter (Amanda) and Bobby Carpenter (Keila); her stepdaughters, Lynne Coker (Craig) and Renee'Hankins (Carl); and her sisters-in-law, Freddie Carpenter and Shirley Williams.
