He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Ennis. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Eubanks; his son Brent (Wendy Eubanks); his grandson Cason Eubanks; and his brothers, Harry Eubanks (Gale) and Mack Eubanks (Carole).
