With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Laura Towery McDonald (Dothan, Alabama), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Laura left this world on July 23, 2025 at the age of 62, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Laura is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Laura's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She is survived by: her daughters, Samantha Nicole Jiminez (Cory), Krystal Dawn McDonald (Junior Freebourne) and Paula Hribal; her grandchildren, Daniel Thompson, Alyssa McDonald-Ward, Blake Jiminez and Krystina Hanks; and her siblings, Karl Towery and Christi Fink.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305). A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ramah Primitive Baptist Church.
