She is survived by: her parents, Beth Ross Yates and Steve Yates; her children, Caitlynn Chitwood (William) and Logan Ward; her pet Sully; and her brother Brian Yates.

The family will be accepting flowers but memorial contributions can also be made to the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation.
