He is survived by: his wife Teresa Fields; his children, Tom Fields, Michael Fields (Denise), Kristi Moorman (Ryan), Tracy Driskell (Holly) and Natalie Daughtry; his grandchildren, Chasity Winborne (Brad), Zoey Gonzales (Michael), Jadyn Fields, Ella Grey Fields, Marli Kate Moorman, Maggi Taylor Moorman, Kristen Rowan (Jonathan), Kylie Barnes, Kelcie Barnes, Sterling Barnes, Gracie Driskell, Levi Driskell, Michael Driskell, Jackson Daughtry, Jeremiah Daughtry and Jasmine Daughtry; his great grandchildren, Ryder Adams, Layton Winborne, Ellie Winborne and Addyson Rowan; his sisters, Katherine Williams (Phillip), Brenda Wells (Chuck), Diane Lay, Mary Goodman and Ronda Tew (Stan); his nieces and nephews, Madison Tew, Clay Tew, Chris Williams and Robin Resenbeck; and his parents-in-law, Ron and Wanda Hendrickson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
