She was predeceased by: her parents, John Joseph Murphy, Jr. and Gladys Tillery Murphy of Cottonwood, Alabama.. She is survived by: her children, Nicole Jones Lisenby of Dothan, Alabama and Geoff Jones (Julie) of Ozark, Alabama; and her grandchildren, Amelia Reese Lisenby McDonald (Hayden) of Atlanta, Georgia, Robert Judson Lisenby II of Auburn, Alabama, William Logan Jones of Auburn, Alabama, Brandon Bowman (Raylene) of Palm Coast, Florida and Maegan Duong (Long) of Ocean Springs, Mississippi..
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Glover Funeral Home (1468 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36301).
In honor of Lilla's lifelong love of education and service, memorial gifts may be made to Mixon Intermediate School, 349 Sherrill Lane, Ozark, AL 36360.
