With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Kaye McGhee of Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on May 17, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Earnest Elbert and Margaret Helen Kornegay Bentley; and her brother-in-law Wiley Sprayberry. She is survived by : her children, Jason McGhee (Ashley) and Julie McGhee Ratcliffe of Dothan; her sister Elaine Bentley Sprayberry of Dothan; her grandchildren, Anna Bentley McGhee of Dothan and Charlie McGhee of Dothan; her nieces, Tara Barr of Auburn and Laura Thomas (Sloan) of Dothan; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Morgan Len Barr of Auburn, Laney Thomas of Dothan, Hamilton Barr of Auburn and Sloan Thomas, Jr. of Dothan.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the First United Methodist Church (1380 W Main St, Dothan, AL 36301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Memory Hill Cemetery (2390 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36302).
