It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Prescott Precise in Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on May 7, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Roy Prescott and Joseph Precise, Sr.; her parents, Paul Rose and Georgia Christine Rose; her son Don Clay; and her siblings, Gary Rose and Joy Allen Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Christy Hawk (Daryl) and Paul Clay; her stepchildren, Randy Prescott (Teresa), Joey Prescott and Tammy Danner (Stan); her grandchildren, Ryan Bowdoin, Lori Lopez (Chris), Trina Meadows (Michael), Jordan Brinkley (Zackary) and Shelby Cecil (Sarah); and her sister Janet Taylor. She is also survived by her 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Linda's honor to Ridgecrest Baptist Church, 1231 Fortner St., Dothan, AL 36301.
