She was predeceased by: her father Prentice Whaley; her husband Jerry Wayne Floyd; and her brother Mackie Whaley. She is survived by: her brothers, Zack Whaley (Dianne), Junior Whaley (Bettie), Jackson Whaley (Rhonda) and Sammy Whaley (Janice). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
