Marcell was loved and cherished by many people including: parents, Maurice Culver and Patricia Culver; brothers, Mandrell (Shalunda) of Dothan, AL, Octavis of Dothan, AL and Gerald of Dothan, AL; grandmothers, Winnie Henderson (Sis) and Willie Mae; and children, Jessica Edward and Tyler Marcell. Marcell was also cherished by aunts, uncles and cousins.
