He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Maxwell Locke and Carol Louise Locke. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Locke, Grace Locke and Johnathan Maxwell Locke; his grandchildren, Alan, Aiden Locke, Austin, Blake, Pax Blair, Haven Carkins, Brittany Herring and Alayna Hall; his girlfriend Sylvia Sellers; and his siblings, Billy Locke and Patty.
