She was predeceased by: her parents, Eloise Walker and Walter Skipper. She is survived by: her children, Billy Gilmer, Jr. (Wanda) and Kim Wynn (Al); her grandson Blake Wynn; and her close friends, Donna Kemmerlin and Mike Arnold. She is also survived by her friends and family and was a great Nana.
