She was predeceased by: her parents, Alberta Steagall Sanders and Joe Sanders, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Don Michael Hornsby, Sr.; her brother Joe Sanders, Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Joseph Hornsby, III and Sue Hornsby Albright; her grandson Phillip Hornsby; her children, Cathy Orr (Bob), Leigh Lang (Tom), Mike Hornsby (Lynette), Joe Hornsby (Lisa) and Jean Mims (Anthony); her sister Catherine Sanders Bryan; and her grandchildren, Caroline Orr, Robert Lang (Ashley), Richard Lang (Paige), Mary Summerall (Rob), Michael Hornsby, Melissa Hornsby, Alex Windham (Hunter), Anna Hornsby, Karen Supple, Joe Hornsby, Jr. (Shannon), Amanda Vega (Justin), Mollie Ashness (Paul), Austin Mims (Lizzie) and Sydney Reeder (Colby). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church in Geneva, or to the charity of one's choice.
