She is survived by: her husband Buford Fortson; her children, Tim Fortson (Carolyn) and Thenia Park (Scott); her brother Bill Sasser (Nell); her grandchildren, Jennifer Hamilton (Ted), Justin Shaw, Clay Fortson (Caitlyn) and Rheana Hayes (Joe); her great grandchildren, Jonathan Hamilton, Nora Valerie, Tyler Shaw and Kaitlyn Shaw; and her great great grandchild Beau Fortson.
