He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil James and Ruth Elizabeth LaPointe Milner. He is survived by: his siblings, William Milner (Linda), Jonathan Milner, Timothy Milner (Carol) and Patty Chevz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
