She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Thomas and Nettie Yates Thomas; her husband Chuck Perkins; and her siblings, James Thomas, Robbie Scott, Ruby Morris, Evelyn Summerlin, Earl Thomas, Max Thomas, Leonard Thomas and Lamar Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Cindi Elmore (Tracy), Debbie Lewis (Jimmy) and Scott Perkins; and her sisters, Pat Galloway and Peggy Blakeney (Charles). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
